Every order, your stock, and tomorrow's prep.
The orders that reach you on WhatsApp and through your storefront link land on one desk, next to what is running low and what to make tomorrow. A page on your phone, with no POS required.

What the desk does today
LiveEverything on this list is live. We set up your menu and storefront with you, and from then on the desk runs on your phone.
Your storefront link takes orders
Customers open your link from your bio or a story, pick what they want and send the order on WhatsApp. The same order lands on your desk with its own number before the chat even opens.
Forward a WhatsApp order to the desk
An order that arrives as a plain message goes to the platform's WhatsApp line with one forward. The desk reads it against your own menu, logs it with a number and keeps the customer's words beside it. If an item is unclear, it asks you which one.
Confirm, then mark it done
Open an order, confirm it, and tap Done when it leaves the counter. The items you count come off your stock at that moment.
Count your stock in seconds
Count the items you keep, receive a delivery, log waste with a reason. The desk shows what is running low against your par, and a counted item that reaches zero shows as sold out on your storefront by itself.
Tomorrow's prep sheet
From your own sales, the desk suggests how much of each item to make tomorrow, by weekday, less what you still have of the items that keep. It says how many days of sales it is based on and waits until it has enough.
Your suppliers in one tab
Suppliers you already buy from on the platform show your orders and your balance with each of them, one supplier at a time and never added together. Save the ones you order from by phone and message them from the desk.
A morning email
The orders waiting for you, what is running low and today's prep, in one email before you open.
Edit your menu yourself
Change a price, add an item with a photo, or switch something to sold out from the desk, and your storefront updates straight away.

Your customers already find you where you post. The desk turns the orders that follow into something you can see, count and plan.

Questions from shops
It is one page on your phone. We set up your menu and storefront with you and walk you through the desk once. After that the daily work is confirm, done, and a quick count when a delivery comes in.
No. The desk works from the orders that reach you on WhatsApp and through your storefront link. If you use a POS for walk-in sales, keep it: the desk takes stock off for its own orders, and a count corrects it for everything else.
Two ways. An order placed through your storefront link lands on the desk as it is sent. An order that arrives as a normal message, you forward from your registered number to the platform's WhatsApp line, and the desk logs it against your menu.
It knows what you tell it. Count the items you keep, and the orders you mark done come off automatically. Items you never count are never flagged as running low.
From your own sales on the desk: how many of each item sell on that weekday, up to yesterday, less what you still have of the items that keep. It says how many days it is based on and stays quiet until it has enough history. It never uses another business's data.
If a supplier of yours uses Marsa, your orders and your balance with them show in the Suppliers tab, one supplier at a time and never added together. For the rest, save their number and message them from the desk. Marsa never suggests or adds a supplier.
From SAR 599 a month, plus a one-time setup fee of SAR 999. No commission on your orders and no per-order fee.
The desk and the morning email work in Arabic and English, and each person on your desk picks their language. The storefront page itself is in English today, with your menu in the words you write.
